Is There An Acne Cure Diet that Works?
Ask any medical doctor if there is a connection between diet and acne and almost all of them will claim there is none. Quoting from the Journal of the American Medical Association: “Diet plays no role in acne treatment in most patients…even large amounts of certain foods have not clinically exacerbated acne”.
With years of medical education and clinical experience behind these claims, how can we the simple folks who suffer from acne challenge these statements and think otherwise? The answer is: doubt. Doubt, if its stays in the borders of reason, can open many doors otherwise will stay forever shut. Believe it or not, doubt can change reality.
Doubt can cure your acne and doubt can even save your life. Fact is, countless of acne sufferers have reported that their acne seemed to get worse when they consumed certain foods and saw dramatic positive change over their acne condition when they eliminated the same foods from their diet and when certain foods with specific nutritional value were incorporated into their diet.
So why do dermatologists so stubbornly insist that diet does not cause acne? The answer: you can’t make a profit promoting a healthy diet. At least not as much money as you could make by selling drugs and over the counters. There is a huge pressure upon doctors coming from the drug and pharmaceutical companies to prescribe expensive medications and lotions that create dependency. The truth is, that your doctor is in a way, a hostage by the trillion dollar drug companies.
Did you know that the drug companies, who have no interest in producing something that they cannot control financially, sponsor most medical schools? The right diet, although not a solution by itself, can, in many cases, dramatically reduce inflammation and even completely clear one’s acne (if you’re one of the lucky ones who’s acne is triggered by allergic response to food). Promoting a clear skin diet simply means less profits for the drug and pharmaceutical companies. The truth is that conventional medications will never cure your acne, simply because they are pre-designed NOT to fix the internal cause of acne. They are pre-designed to deal with the external symptoms of a disease as they create more and more dependency and more dependency means making more money all at our expense and ignorance. The Theory That Diet Doesn’t Cause Acne Is A Myth
The dogmatic theory that diet does not cause acne and that acne is merely an incurable genetic disorder was based upon two dated researches published in 1969 and 1971 that were aimed at studying the connection between diet and acne.
These studies were the foundation of the ‘acne symptoms treatment strategy’, meaning, because acne is a genetic disease that cannot be prevented, the only way to deal with acne would be to tackle its symptoms (bacteria, inflammation, puss, redness, greasiness), by applying creams, antibiotics, taking prescription drugs and over the counters.
Surprisingly enough, years after the above studies were published, clinical trials and in depth researches experimenting the acne diet link have found that the studies from 1969 and 1971 had came to the wrong conclusions and were in fact seriously flawed.
Recent studies have clearly found a significant connection between diet and acne. It appears that the wrong diet is now thought to be one of the leading acne contributing factors that can negatively affect hormonal regulation and the natural process of toxic elimination, which can seriously aggravate one’s existing acne.
Diet Shapes Who You Are (Including Your Acne)
In the same way that crashing waves shape beach cliffs and just like the wind shapes the canyon walls, slowly and methodically over time, so does eating shapes and effects our physic, our internal system, our physical and mental being, from the organ down to the cellular level.
The idea that an object foreign to our body that is inserted by the food that we eat, has no effect on us, or has no impact on chronic conditions such as acne is absurd. Diet is the primary thing that affects and shapes who we are.
Diet has cumulative effect on our bodies, and that includes our skin condition and acne, which is a manifestation of a chronic internal problem slowly shaped and built by the wrong daily dietary choices over the years.
Acne Diet and The Kitavan Islanders
While in the U.S, more than 80% of teenagers between 16 and 18 have acne and more than 17 million Americans suffer from some form of acne, there is an interesting evidence that native people that live and eat in traditional ways, have significantly lower to no occurrences of acne.
In 2002, Dr. Cordain and his colleagues published a landmark study that examined 300 people living in the Kitavan Islands off the coast of Papua New Guinea that showed that none of the islanders had even one blemish on his or her face. Similar to the Kitavans, no case of acne had been observed when the same experiment had been conducted upon the South American Indians called the Ache, living in a remote jungle in eastern Paraguay.
The natives of Kitavan and the South American Indians had no access to the latest over the counters, topical creams or conventional acne medications and they had no dermatologist to consult with. The only vast difference between them and American or European citizens is their diet.
Acne Diet and Sugar: The Sweet Poison
Aside from the fact that sugar is a 100% pure chemical with zero nutritional value, recent studies have clearly shown a connection between the consumption of sugar and the aggravation of acne.
When you consume any form of refined carbohydrates (white sugar, white flour, white rice) here’s what happens: right after you insert that ’sweet poison’ into your body, it rapidly spikes up your blood sugar levels. Your body needs to bring those levels down so it secrets a surge of insulin, other male hormones and an insulin-like growth factor called IGF-1. The excretion of these hormones overwhelms your liver and your internal system in general. The excess of male hormones encourages the skin to excrete large amounts of sebum oil: The greasy substance that encourages the p.acne bacteria to grow, resulting in the aggravation of your acne.
Acne Diet and Dairy Products: Got Milk? Got Acne
If you thought sugar can aggravate your acne, here’s another major nutritional player in the formation of acne: behold the miracles of milk. Milk (all dairy products included) is the most harmful, mucus forming, allergenic and acne aggravating food you can find. Surprised? I thought so. After years of constant brainwashing by the media, who can blame us for thinking milk is good for strong bones and healthy teeth? The truth is: every sip of milk contains 59 different raging hormones, (which trigger the hyper-production of sebum oil resulting in more acne), saturated animal fat, steroid hormones, dead white blood cells, and cow pus in abundance!
Did you know that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allows 750 million pus cells in every liter of milk (about two pounds) produced in America? Think about it, the next time you pop a pimple.
Scientific studies already point the finger at milk as one of the worst acne aggravating foods: “As pointed out by Dr. Jerome Fisher, ‘About 80 percent of cows that are giving milk are pregnant and are throwing off hormones continuously.’ Progesterone breaks down into androgens, which have been implicated as a factor in the development of acne…Dr. Fisher observed that his teenage acne patients improved as soon as the milk drinking stopped.”
If there’s one element you should remove from your diet in the quest for clear skin make it this one. Not only will you see an immediate improvement over your acne, you’ll feel a huge weight has been lifted from your body. If you worry about calcium intake, don’t! Milk being acidic forming food creates a leeching effect where calcium is taken from your bones to balance the acidity. Milk actually deprives your body from its calcium resources. Green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds are not only excellent sources of calcium they also have the powers to help you fight your acne symptoms.
Diet Is Only One of The Factors That Cause Acne
Dairy products and sugar are not the only acne aggravating foods. The two above cannot sum up the list of western made acne triggering foods. There are several other foods you should clearly stay away from if you ever wish to clear your acne. The good new is that there are tons of other foods such as essential fatty acids that are not only excellent for your skin, they can actually help you clear your acne, by re-balancing your body and promoting to an acne-free environment.
The right nutrition plays an important part in the complex process of acne formation. When doctors claim there is no link between diet and acne because certain individuals can eat specific foods and get acne while others eat the same foods and don’t, these doctors have failed to realize that there are several factors involved in the formation and aggravation of acne and diet is only ONE of them.
The Final Verdict On The Acne Diet Connection: How To Finally Overcome Your Acne Challenge
Acne is a complex condition that is triggered by several underlying factors. The only way to neutralize your acne condition is to tackle all these acne-contributing factors-holistically. Since the wrong diet is only one of these acne-triggering factors, in most cases no special diet can cure acne.
There is a however, a tight connection between diet and acne formation. Dietary factors can trigger and aggravate your existing acne. Avoiding the wrong foods such as milk, sugar and hydrogenated oils, and eating cleansing and hormonal balancing foods such as green leafy vegetables and essential fatty acids, can help your skin heal itself from the inside out and dramatically reduce your acne symptoms.
There are also several important dietary principals that you must understand and follow if you ever want to cure your acne for good.
Taking responsibility over your body and adhering to these dietary principals along with taking the necessary steps to tackle all acne contributing factors, holistically, will not only cure your acne permanently and give you the flawless acne free skin you deserve, following these principals will also significantly improve your overall health, mental well-being, look and feel.

Fit Yummy Mummy Review
What Is It?
This lifestyle program for busy moms is a comprehensive guide to what’s arguably the most widespread, challenging and frustrating issue faced by moms today: how to get their pre-baby body back. For almost all mothers the changes their bodies incur during pregnancy coupled with the countless responsibilities that motherhood bring spell trouble for regaining their pre-pregnancy figure.
There is no shortage of fitness, diet and fat loss products on the market today. You can find a veritable library of conflicting arguments almost anywhere you choose to seek information on the subject of fitness for women, whether it’s online, at your local library, through contact with personal trainers, or through the (less reputable but nevertheless very common) ranks of wannabe experts: aka, those frustrating people with no qualifications and no practical experience but are self professed experts because they ready the last issue of Shape magazine.
What Sets This Product Apart?
After months of frustration spent trawling through the mass of conflicting information on fitness and fat loss, it was with a mixture of joy and near-tearful relief that I stumbled across “Fit Yummy Mummy”, by Holly Rigsby. As the title suggests, this product is specifically for moms wanting to get fit. Literally all aspects of losing fat and getting fit are covered – and the best part is that it is written specifically for busy moms. The material is presented in a manner both chatty and educational – it’s kind of like having a friendly conversation with a close friend that happens to be a fitness expert (with the added benefit of being able to refresh your understanding of the matter at any given time, simply by scrolling back to the relevant section!)
The tone of the book presents a welcome contrast to the other fitness products so freely available elsewhere on the Net: it’s friendly, understanding of the unique situations moms face, informative, and above all, commonsensical. No unrealistic recommendations, 2 hour workouts, or zero-carb diets here: it doesn’t take long to see that this lady knows what she’s talking about when it comes to mom’s lifestyles (and did I mention she’s a mom too?)
What’s Actually Included?
There’s a quick section on getting started and goal setting along with some morale-boosting advice on how to stay on track throughout the program, and then it’s straight into an action plan to get you started on the path to burning baby fat and getting your body back.
The Supportive Nutrition Plan is next – this is particularly helpful! Every conceivable nutrition issue is covered, from how often you should eat to what you should keep in your pantry. And on top of that, it includes a ‘Create a Menu Planner’ to guide you in creating every meal to support your success.
Next, the Fit Yummy Mummy fat loss workouts are covered, but not without easy to follow explanations of the why’s and the how’s for every part of the workout program. The workout plan even offers four different formats that you can plug into your lifestyle, something not found in any of the cookie cutter fat loss programs on the market. My favorite part of the workout section is that regardless of your exercise (or lack of exercise) background, there is a workout designed specifically for you. And no matter what you fitness level is, none of the workout programs require more than 90 minutes a week.
Finally, there’s a section called the Busy Mom’s Fat Loss Companion crammed with easy to use tools and resources like a goal setting sheet, fitness journal, exercise descriptions and even a ready made grocery list. The author has figured out every excuse and obstacle busy moms have and addressed them all.
Just Because It’s Detailed Doesn’t Mean It’s Confusing
Sound overwhelming? It’s actually very user-friendly. Not only is this e-book packed with sound practical advice and the whole thing is laid out in a very logical and easy-to-understand format, but it comes with a Quick Start Guide to make sure you start acting (and seeing results) fast. The tone of Fit Yummy Mummy light and non-threatening (no scientific terminology here!) and it proceeds in a logical manner from step to step, with plenty of photos and descriptions to ensure that you are doing everything right.
Troubleshooting
In my opinion, one of the best parts: a follow up e-mail coaching series from the author that keeps you on track, gives you daily fitness tips and even healthy recipes. While most moms have the best of intentions, staying on track is tough. This follow up e-mail coaching series is the perfect solution.
The Verdict
Regaining their pre-pregnancy body is a daunting task for most moms, but the author’s personal experience and hands on work with over 250 moms is pretty reassuring; and she certainly knows how to break it down for even the most exercise illiterate. In addition to the main features detailed above, there are plenty of valuable extras included to make getting your pre-baby body back as easy as possible: checklists, do’s and don’ts, printable workout sheets, even ready to follow meal plans!
All in all, two thumbs up from me: when the information on hand is as detailed, easy to absorb, and - above all – reliable as Fit Yummy Mummy, you really can’t go wrong.

The Tobacco Conspiracy
Why You Have Not Been Able to Quit Smoking
Billions of dollars are at stake. Millions of deaths result. Top corporate executives sit around the boardroom and discuss ways to improve their market share. Their success depends on keeping you smoking and getting people that don’t smoke to start. It’ s all about the billions.
The tobacco companies have very deep pockets. They have spent billions of dollars in advertising over the years and they know how to keep their customers. They want you to die a smoker. Their bottom line depends on it. And you will if you do not quit.
What if I told you that stopping smoking was easy? That smoking is a body and mind addiction. Yes, body AND mind!
I don’t know anyone that actually picks up a cigarette and goes, mmmmm, tastes great! Do you? Of course not. Your body rejects it. It coughs, hacks, spits, and does everything that it can to tell you this is bad stuff. You started because your mind was thinking how cool you will be, how much older it will make you look and your body is obeyed. Now you are addicted.
Everyone starts this way. EVERYONE. You had to use your mind to convince your body or you would reject it.
I find it fascinating that almost all methods of quitting smoking do not take into consideration the mind. There are pills and patches and inhalers and gums. All these programs have a very low success rate.
Doesn’t it make sense to use the very part of you that started the whole thing - Your mind?? Or course it does.
Everyone starts to smoke for some sort of motivating reason. If I gave you a piece of food that was stinky, burned your throat and made you cough and gag, how many pieces would you eat? I don’t think very many. See, it would be unnatural for you to want more.
Smoking is not natural or everyone would be smoking. You cannot grow a cigarette tree in your backyard or a cigarette plant in your garden. They are not natural. Tobacco may be natural but cigarettes are far more than tobacco with an estimated 4000 ingredients added! The list is highly guarded and protected by law as a trade secret. Imagine that. It’s the public’s health and it’s a trade secret. Something isn’t right.
But one thing that is right is the decision to quit smoking. Quitting smoking is the one thing that will immediately improve your life and the life of those around you. When a person realizes that quitting IS a Body and Mind process it makes the process much easier.

Home Made Medicine
When I first saw the website for this book, I was skeptical. I thought it will be just another collection of well known home herbal remedies. But I bought the book anyway, because I have studied medicinal herbs and herbal medicine for years and collect all resources I can find on the topic.
The book surprised me. The recipes included were very simple, most of the ingredients were already in my kitchen or I could buy them in a local supermarket or fruit and vegetable store.
First I tried a homemade moisturizing lotion. You know how it is with creams and lotions you buy from shops - they smell very nice and feel great when you apply them, but the effect is gone in a couple of hours. This simple lotion made my skin very smooth and
silky and it stayed this way even the next day.
I guess fresh ingredients work much better than creams full of chemicals. I have dry skin, so I used the recipe for dry skin, but the book offers recipies for skin care products for oily skin as well.
However, beauty treatments are not actually the main part of the book. It offers surprisingly simple and effective herbal recipes for many common conditions. Here are only a few:
Acne
Insomnia
Common colds (yes it actually work, not just make the symptoms go
away)
Dandruff
Constipation
Asthma
Arthritis
Hemorrhoids
Charles Silverman (the author of this book) is a doctor from Miami. He specializes in herbal medicine. Throughout his work he traveled a lot and found many natural remedies people use around the world. He tried them all and selected ones where there is scientific proof that they give positive effect.
Now, don’t misunderstand - Charles doesn’t sell any herbal remedies on that website. Instead his book teaches how to prepare them at home, from commonly available ingredients.
Buying readily made herbal medicine is convenient, but you can never be sure if it is made properly. Also really good herbal remedies have a short shelf life; they lose their effectiveness after only a few days. This is the main reason why I always prefer
to make my own herbal medicine.
Recipes in Charles book really work, and they are simple enough that any average person can make this homemade medicine. I wished this book were available in a printed version, but unfortunately it isn’t. You can only get an electronic copy. I found it very useful,
and hope you will too.

Fibromyalgia, How To Heal It!
In the today’s article, I’ll discuss a very serious condition: Fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia is probably the most mysterious, least understood condition on earth. It’s however totally real and nothing to do with imagination or being hysterical, like many traditional medical doctors want to think.
On the contrary, many healthy people suffer from very mild Fibromyalgia, or at least have the same underlying symptoms and causes, without even being aware of it.
In this article, I’m going to explain Fibromyalgia and give you a natural approach to deal with it.
Fibromyalgia is not only a subject that concerns a few diagnosed individuals.
The cause for Fibromyalgia explains the low energy, dizziness and overall lousy health that so many people experience. In the modern world, this is considered the norm and nobody thinks there is anything wrong with it.
So what do we do when we feel tired or low on energy?
We try to find something to boost us up. Most of the time, these things are not healthy for us. Coffee, sugar, high carbohydrate food, and other substances are often used when all we need is a little rest.
But these substances end up robbing us of energy.
Another substance that is little talked about are emotional substances.
What do many of us do when we feel tired and low on energy? Pick a fight, find something to be angry about, get offended. The list of emotional substances is endless. Just admit it, you too have kept your self going on resentment sometimes. It’s a great substance, much more powerful than coffee or sugar.
But like other substances, it ends up robbing our energy.
Often the people who look the most energetic, active and outgoing, always ready for some intensity and action are actually unknowingly only masking how drained and tired they really are. One day something has to go and the hit often comes in the symptoms of Fibromyalgia.
I’m not offending anybody!
What I’m trying to explain here is why Fibromyalgia often seems to hit really active, energetic people and why it often seems to hit so suddenly, without a warning.
I also want to stretch that EVERYBODY should be aware of this condition. Because what we look at normal thing, is actually often draining the life out of us.
So I hope I got the point through: when we’re overworked, stressed, or drained from something like pollution in the air or food, we tend to look for substances or emotions to pep us up. These pep ups actually make things worse.
Fibromyalgia often appears after a big shock.
It may be a physical shock like an accident, or a emotional shock like divorce or a death of a close relative. Other times, Fibromyalgia appears without any noticeable trigger.
I believe Fibromyalgia builds up in the body over a long period of time. It doesn’t just come from nowhere. It’s been progressing, without anybody noticing, for years.
Many healthy people have this underlying progressing of what could possible become Fibromyalgia but never comes out in the open. That’s why so many people are drained and tired in the modern world.
So What Has Been Progressing?
The main cause for Fibromyalgia is oxygen deprivation. Your cells in the body are not receiving and processing enough oxygen.
This causes imbalance in the whole body. Here are just a few main symptoms of Fibromyalgia explained from a oxygen deprivation point of view:
- Persistent muscle pain and weakness. Explanation: Oxygen deprivation causes muscle pain.
- Disabling fatigue. Explanation: Oxygen deprivation in tissue causes fatigue and exhaustion.
- Brain fog (problems of mood, memory, and mentation). Explanation: Oxygen deprivation in brain cells causes brain fog and dysfunction.
- Air hunger. Explanation: Oxygen deprivation within the cells causes air hunger.
- Symptoms of weakened immune systems, such as sore throats, swollen neck glands, and painful tissues. Explanation: Oxygen deprivation in immune cells causes immune weaknesses.
- Abdominal bloating, cramps, episodes of diarrhea and constipation, and problems of digestion and malabsorption. Explanation: Oxygen deprivation in the bowel causes bloating, cramps, and malabsorption.
- Cold sensitivity and poor circulation. Explanation: Oxygen deprivation in skin causes cold sensitivity.
- Sleep difficulties, restless leg syndrome, and legs. Explanation: Oxygen deprivation interferes with functions of the sleep center and causes other problems, such as restless leg syndrome.
- Lightheadedness, dizziness, heart palpitations, and skipped beats. Explanation: Oxygen deprivation in the heart and brain and vessel walls causes lightheadedness, dizziness, heart palpitations, and skipped beats.
- Dry skin, dry eyes, dry mouth, and dry vaginal tissues. Explanation: Oxygen deprivation in the cells of the skin, eyes, mouth and vagina muscles causes cell shrinkage and dryness skin.
- Vaginitis, bladder spasms, and bladder infections in women and prostatitis in men. Explanation: Oxygen deprivation in genital tissues causes vaginitis, bladder spasms, and bladder infections in women and prostatitis in men.
- Joint and muscle stiffness and pain. Explanation: Oxygen deprivation in joints and muscles causes stiffness and pain.
- Lack of sex drive in both sexes and menstrual irregularities in women. Explanation: Oxygen deprivation interferes with the enzyme functions of sexual organs and their hormones.
So what causes the oxygen deprivation?
There are two things:
- Cellular dysfunction, due to intoxication from air and food.
- Lack of oxygen flow, into and throughout the body.
Remember, these are not just Fibromyalgia problems. Virtually every modern person is faced with these problems in one way or another.
Lets look at the first cause first:
Cellular dysfunction, causing oxygen deprivation:
I hate to bring this horrible fact to you.
You’re begin poisoned with deadly chemicals several times, every singe day. Not just from the pollution you inhale, but also from virtually everything you eat and drink (maybe even if you’re on a strict organic diet).
The poison may be the fluoride and chlorine in the drinking water (biggest cause for hyperthyroid), the chemical in the microwave and the can food you eat, the fertilizer used on the fruits and vegetables. And thousands of other things.
Even organic grown vegetables and fruits are watered with fluoride and chlorine filled watter. They’re also grown in air that is filled with pollution from cars and airplanes.
You’re eating, drinking and breathing all this poison. And it all goes into the cells in your body.
Overloaded with toxic, little by little, your cells begin to loose their function. They stop being able to process the little oxygen they receive and you begin to experience some or all the symptoms of Fibromyalgia.
Now, here is an interesting side story…
Lab researches have shown that cells can literally live forever, as long as they’ve enough energy source flowing to them and enough toxic cleaning flow from them. Meaning, if the cells can get rid of their toxic quickly enough, they’ll virtually not die.
So to deal with this part of Fibromyalgia, you need to do everything to clench and circulate your system. And then take in as little new toxic as possible. It’s actually that simple.
As your cells get cleaned, they begin to function again. And you’ll get your energy back.
Here are a few things you can do to improve your cellular function:
- The most important thing is to drink enough of pure, filtered water. Water is essential to clean your system. No other drink can replace it. Drink at least half a gallon of pure filtered water a day. If you aren’t already doing this, try it for a week and see how you feel.
- A healthy, whole foods diet is an important part of any Fibromyalgia treatment program. Emphasize organic foods, especially fresh, organic vegetables. For even more benefits, consider adopting a vegetarian diet, which has been shown to significantly reduce Fibromyalgia symptoms. Apple cider vinegar, a few times a day, has been proven extremely effective to clean out your system.
- Essential nutrients to help treat Fibromyalgia include vitamin C, vitamin E, niacinimide (vitamin B3), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA-an essential fatty acid), magnesium, selenium, zinc, and the lipotrophic factors inositol, methionine, and phosphatidyl choline. The nutritional supplements cetyl myristoleate and SAMe are also highly beneficial, as it the Meyers Cocktail, which must be administered by a trained health care practitioner.
- Herbal remedies for Fibromyalgia include cayenne and chamomile. An herbal combination of tinctures of black cohosh, celery, dandelion, devil`s claw, Echinacea, and licorice in equal parts, can also be helpful.
- Homeopathic remedies for Fibromyalgia include Arnica, Bryonia, and Rhus. Tox.
- Various bodywork therapies, such as Massage, Acupressure, Bowen Therapy, Feldenkrais, myotherapy, Rolfing, Shiatsu, Therapeutic Touch, and Trigger Point Therapy, can provide significant relief of Fibromyalgia pain and speed healing. Simple 10-30 minutes walk outside every day has been proven extremely helpful.
- Mind/body medicine therapies such as biofeedback, guided imagery and visualization, hypnotherapy, and meditation, can help relieve chronic stress, thereby soothing muscle tension and reducing pain, as well as promoting deeper, healthier sleep.
Now, lets look at the other (and in my opinion more important) cause for oxygen deprivation:
Lack of oxygen flow, into and throughout the body, causing oxygen deprivation:
I haven’t seen anybody else talk about this important point. Why I don’t know.
I guess science has the drawback that it makes it easier to bypass the obvious and begin looking for complicated explanations that require complicated solutions.
The main cause for lack of oxygen intake into the body is muscle tension around the lungs, throat, and neck and around the breathing passages. This tension stops the lungs from performing perfectly and reduces the amount of oxygen possible to inhale.
Tension around the throat and the breathing passages also blocks oxygen inhale, especially at night. This is one reason why many people suffering from Fibromyalgia also sleep very badly and wake up tired. They simple don’t get enough oxygen during the night. This is the same problem that bothers sleep apnea patients.
Tension in the neck and spine blocks the little oxygen that gets into the blood from flowing throughout the body. This is, for example the reason so many Fibromyalgia patients experience:
- Dizziness
- Vertigo
- Disabling fatigue
- Brain fog (problems of mood, memory, and mentation)
- Sleep difficulties
and virtually all other symptoms of Fibromyalgia
Tension in the neck prevents enough oxygen filled blood to flow up to the brain. Your brain can’t function without oxygen. Nothing, I repeat nothing, in your body can function without your brain.
This doesn’t mean that your brain can’t function at all. It means that your brain is low on gas and can only perform small part of the task it’s meant to perform.
So what can you do to increase oxygen flow, into and throughout the body?
- Walk outside every day. This is the best exercise you can do. It circulates your blood, loads you with fresh air (which is necessary) and loosen up your whole body. Breaking a sweat is also a very good way to clean your system. Do what you can. 10 minutes walk to begin with and then try to increase the time up to 30 minutes a day. Don’t overdo it
- Regular massages and chiropractor sessions will loosen up your spine and the muscles around the breathing passages.
- Drink oxygen filled water. It’s not available everywhere but many health food stores now offer oxygen filled watter. The oxygen quickly slides out so make sure you drink it soon after you buy it.
- Practice my exercises!
Here is my personal work:
In my work, I’ve developed extremely effective exercises focused on this specific issue; increasing the intake of oxygen and increasing the blood flow throughout the body (especially up to the brain).
These exercises open up the breathing passages and free the lungs. Then they focus on spreading the oxygen throughout the body, specially up to the brain.
These exercises have been proven extremely effective when dealing with Fibromyalgia.
Everyone agrees that the few minutes exercises are well worth practicing, since they deliver at least some and at best full cure for Fibromyalgia.
Some clients have even told me, they have more energy now after using the program than before they began to notice the Fibromyalgia symptoms.
I think that’s amazing.
The exercises will only partly deal with the first cause of Fibromyalgia (Cellular dysfunction, due to intoxication from air and food), so I encourage everyone to take the action to deal with that part too (even if it doesn’t always seem to be necessary). Because using both the exercises and the other tips given in this exercises, guarantees the best possible results for Fibromyalgia.
If you’re interested in learning more about my exercises and trying out the Fibromyalgia treatment program, you can find it here.
This program and the tips I’ve given you today are not only helpful for Fibromyalgia, but also if you suffer from frequent dizziness and vertigo attacks or other related symptoms.
I hope you enjoyed and benefited from this article. Please leave your comments at the bottom of this page.
Warm regards,
Christian Goodman
Winter Skin Care
Winter is hard on the skin. The dry air and harsh wind can sap moisture from the skin, causing it to crack. There’s also chapping, and irritation. Even though it’s not hot, your skin is still vulnerable to damage from the sun’s ultraviolet rays. There are some actions you can take to minimize winter skin problems. Here are some tips to help you keep your skin as healthy as possible during winter months:
Continue to protect your skin from sun damage. Since you usually have on more clothing when outside in the wintertime, there’s no need to put sunscreen all over yourself, but wear a makeup or moisturizer with SPF 15 on your face throughout the winter.
Humidify indoor air. If you don’t have a humidifier within your heating ducts, consider buying one. This will keep skin and nasal passages from drying out. Use Vaseline to soothe and moisturize if you experience dryness.
Don’t take long, hot showers. Sure they feel great, but they strip skin of its natural moisturizing lipids. Instead, take a short, warm shower; pat your skin almost dry, then put on a good moisturizer while skin is still damp. You will need a super-emollient lotion for hands, heels, or anywhere else you experience especially dry, cracked skin.
If you develop severe dry skin, eczema, or “winter itch,” try these great skin care products that will heal the skin naturally.

* Chills or hot flashes
…then you’ve experienced firsthand some of the possible symptoms of a panic or anxiety attack. If you are reading this page because a loved one suffers from these symptoms and you are trying to understand or help, it’s hard to appreciate what they go through.
Just try to imagine what it feels like to experience one, if you can.
Here is a typical example:
Standing in a supermarket queue, it’s been a long wait but only one customer to go before you make it to the cashier. Wait, what was that sensation? An unpleasant feeling forms in your throat, your chest feels tighter, now a sudden shortness of breath, and what do you know, your heart skips a beat. Please, God, not here.
A quick scan of the territory, is it threatening? Four unfriendly faces queue behind, one person in front. Pins and needles seem to prick you through your left arm, you feel slightly dizzy, and then the explosion of fear as you dread the worst. You are about to have a panic attack.
There is no doubt in your mind now that this is going to be a big one. Okay, focus: Remember what you have been taught, and it is time now to apply the coping techniques. Begin the deep breathing exercise your doctor recommended. In through the nose, out through the mouth.
Think relaxing thoughts, and again, while breathing in, think Relax, and then breathe out. But it doesn’t seem to be having any positive effect; in fact, just concentrating on breathing is making you feel self-conscious and more uptight.
Okay, coping technique 2:
Gradual muscle relaxation. Tense both shoulders, hold for 10 seconds, then release. Try it again. No; still no difference. The anxiety is getting worse and the very fact that you are out of coping techniques worsens your panic. If only you were surrounded by your family, or a close friend were beside you so you could feel more confident in dealing with this situation.
Now, the adrenaline is really pumping through your system, your body is tingling with uncomfortable sensations, and now the dreaded feeling of losing complete control engulfs your emotions. No one around you has any idea of the sheer terror you are experiencing. For them, it’s just a regular day and another frustratingly slow queue in the supermarket.
You are out of options. Time for Plan C.
The most basic coping skill of all is fleeing. Excuse yourself from the queue; you are slightly embarrassed as it is now that it is your turn to pay. The cashier is looking bewildered as you leave your shopping behind and stroll towards the door. There is no time for excuses, you need to be alone. You leave the supermarket and get into your car to ride it out alone. Could this be the big one? The one you fear will push you over the edge mentally and physically. Ten minutes later the panic subsides.
It’s 10:30 a.m. How are you going to make it through the rest of the day?
If you suffer from panic or anxiety attacks, the above scenerio probably sounds very familiar. It may have even induced feelings of anxiety and panic just reading it. The particular situations that trigger your panic and anxiety may differ; maybe the bodily sensations are a little different. Or maybe it happened to you for the first time on a plane, in the dentist chair, or even at home, while doing nothing in particular.
If you have ever had what has become known as a panic attack, take comfort in the fact that you are by no means alone.
A panic attack always comes with the acute sense of impending doom. You feel you are either about to lose your mind or one of your vital bodily functions is about to cease functioning and you will end your days right there among the canned goods and frozen food.
You are by no means alone; you’re not even one in a million. In America, it is estimated that almost 5% of the population suffer from some form of anxiety disorder. For some, it may be the infrequent panic attacks that only crop up in particular situations-like when having to speak in front of others, while, for other people, it can be so frequent and recurring that it inhibits them from leaving their home. Frequent panic attacks often develop into what medical physicians refer to as an anxiety disorder.

Did you know…?
The key difference between someone who is cured of panic attacks and those who are not is really very simple. The people who are cured no longer fear panic attacks. I’ll try to show you how to be one of these people as well.
What if I told you the trick to ending panic and anxiety attacks is to want to have one. That sounds strange, even contradictory, but let me explain.
The trick to panic attacks is wanting to have one-the wanting pushes it away. Can you have a panic attack in this very second? No!
You know the saying that “what you resist, persists.” Well that saying applies perfectly to fear. If you resist a situation out of fear, the fear around that issue will persist. How do you stop resisting, you move directly into it, into the path of the anxiety, and by doing so it cannot persist.
In essence what this means is that if you daily voluntarily seek to have a panic attack, you cannot have one. Try in this very moment to have a panic attack and I will guarantee you cannot. You may not realize it but you have always decided to panic. You make the choice by saying this is beyond my control.
Another way to appreciate this is to imagine having a panic attack as like standing on a cliff’s edge. The anxiety seemingly pushes you closer to falling over the edge.
To be rid of the fear you must metaphorically jump. You must jump off the cliff edge and into the anxiety and fear and all the things that you fear most.
How do you jump? You jump by wanting to have a panic attack. You go about your day asking for anxiety and panic attacks to appear.
Your real safety is the fact that a panic attack will never harm you. That is medical fact. You are safe, the sensations are wild but no harm will come to you. Your heart is racing but no harm will come to you. The jump becomes nothing more than a two foot drop! Perfectly safe.

Food vs Supplements
In a perfect world, you should be able to get all the nutrients you need from your diet. After all, human beings were alive and well on this planet for thousands of years subsisting only on what nature had to offer.
But we all know that this world in which we live today is far from perfect! Compared to years ago, vegetables and fruits are sorely lacking in minerals. Commercial fertilizers and unnatural farming techniques have created an “artificial turf” for these plants and trees to grow in. Did you know that you’d have to eat 40 bowls of today’s spinach to get the same amount of iron you’d get in a single bowl 60 years ago? This is truly mind boggling!
Vitamin C is another good example of a nutrient that is much lower in today’s produce than in the wild fruits and berries of years ago. It’s almost impossible today to get an adequate amount of this important vitamin from food sources alone. You would have to consume a bushel of oranges a day in order to get the 2,000 mg of vitamin C necessary to prevent or reverse heat disease (and substantially lower your risk of cancer).
And although many of us love oranges, that would be a bit much! Sadly enough, supplements are a fact of life in this day and age. They have become necessary to restore vibrant health to our bodies that have been starved of vitamins, antioxidants, and other nutrients no longer available in our existing food supply. On the bright side, we are fortunate today to have available to us many brands of high quality nutritional supplements to ensure we are getting the required vitamins, minerals and antioxidants for a healthy life.
