Physical Activity in Your Daily Life is a very important step toward staying healthy.  You can take a few simple steps at home, at work and at play to increase the amount of physical activity in your life.  You could work in your garden.  If you’re at work, you could take the stairs instead of the elevator.  These are just a few things that could help your heart stay healthy.

Remember, being physically active is not a race, it’s journey.  It’s all about finding which activities you like best.  So, get started and have fun.  A world of new activities is waiting for you.
